The second bedroom, also king-size, converts to twin singles when a group calls for it, with its own private balcony and a staircase leading down to the living area and pool level. A further double bedroom sits on the main floor, alongside an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass.
Natural light fills the interior through the day, and the living space is set with generous seating, satellite television and a large dining table positioned to look out over the pool and across the bay. A guest toilet serves the main level.
The heated infinity pool is the center of the outdoor space, its water cascading over a clean edge toward the horizon, with a separate baby pool alongside for younger guests. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
