The entrance is from the first floor where you will find an open-plan space with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is located on this floor with an ensuite bathroom.
The earthy colors and the stone-faced decoration of some of the bedrooms create a very cozy and warm place to spend your vacation. The balcony has an amazing view of the Cretan Sea.
Two airy bedrooms on the ground floor with convenient mattresses are ideal for a relaxing night after a long day. From the bedrooms, you can easily go to the pool and outdoor area.

To ensure your utmost comfort and hygiene, we have a routine in place for a comprehensive cleaning service and a replacement of bath towels and linens every three days. This schedule guarantees that you consistently enjoy a fresh and revitalizing experience throughout your stay.
At your convenience, we are pleased to offer a baby cot and a high chair for our younger guests. These provisions are available upon request, ensuring the comfort and convenience of families traveling with infants.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
