Entering the Villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 50” satellite, an indoor dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
The living room area opens to a veranda with a dining table which leads you to the pool area. Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Through a corridor on the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, closet room, 32” satellite TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rest of the 2 bedrooms have a double bed and single beds. One more bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet is located in the same area.
A staircase on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor, there is a gym and playroom area which is connected to the backyard of the Villa.
The gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, abs equipment, exercise balls and a bench press. The playroom area has a 50” satellite TV and a Playstation 3 with games and table tennis. The floor has two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outdoor facilities
The whole outdoor area is private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. The outdoor facilities include a swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
A fully equipped charcoal barbecue with a wood oven, gas barbeque and two outdoor dining tables. A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and chairs) for relaxing on the veranda and the gardens around the Villa, a playground area for young children, a basketball net and a parking space for 4 cars complete the outdoor area.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

To ensure your utmost comfort and hygiene, we have a routine in place for a comprehensive cleaning service and a replacement of bath towels and linens every three days.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
