The building is surrounded by olive trees, seasonal fruit trees, such as cherries, peaches, pomegranates, etc. and a privately owned vineyard with table varieties and grape wine production. The guests can participate in the process of harvesting and pressing the grapes, which are active in the stone-built, traditional wine press in the month of September. There are daily agricultural activities in the surrounding area, such as the cultivation of vegetables and herbs and the picking of olives.

The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 private), the fully equipped kitchen for the best stay and the open space, in which there is the dining room and the living room, all located around the pool. The breathtaking view of the White Mountains complements that of the private pool and the cozy outdoor area, where you can prepare your meal on the barbecue and enjoy it in the shaded dining room.
On the same floor, there is an independent apartment, which has a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, in one open space. In the basement of the building, there is a wine cellar where the visitor can buy and enjoy wines of his choice during his stay.
This place also has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area where they allow the tenant to enjoy moments of wine tasting and relaxation. Outdoors children can spend carefree moments on the playground or playing ping pong. At the entrance, there is a private, secure car park and a ramp to facilitate the entry of wheelchairs.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
