Villa C-21 is 300 sq.m, spreads in 2 levels, the main level Ground floor consists of living room-dining room-modern kitchen, WC, and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The main floor consists of a modern furnished spacious open plan living and sitting area including a fireplace for the cooler evenings as well as smart TV, also on this floor, you will find a small reading area overlooking the terrace and the ocean and a guest toilet. There is direct access to the terrace and pool area from the kitchen and living room, lower floor level with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a washing room.
There is also a large, fully equipped modern kitchen including an American refrigerator providing non-stop ice cubes for those hot summer days, and a sufficient place setting for up to ten people.
The Villa has a private, fenced parking space. Villa C-21 has an appointed Villa Manager who is reachable by phone day and early evening taking care of your requests and questions.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
