This newly-built private luxury Villa of 300 sq.m. is set in the quiet area of Gouves within a 20-minute car ride from Heraklion and the airport. It is a combination of privacy and short-drive access to the most popular natural and touristic attractions of the island.
Indoor facilities
Villa CHV-43 consists of two buildings connecting on the ground level. The Villa’s eight bedrooms and living spaces can accommodate a group of up to sixteen family or friends members. The calm earth-tone colors are specially designed to enhance the relaxing atmosphere.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have 2x twin-size beds, an olive garden, a pool view, and en-suite bathrooms. A smart TV, desk, and terrace furniture with direct pool access. The third room is specially equipped with 2 twin-size beds, an en-suite bathroom with special wheelchair facilities, a TV, a desk, a private terrace with furniture, and an olive garden view.
On the first floor, there is one room with a double bed, and mountain-olive garden and pool view, an en-suite bathroom, and all the amenities of a smart TV, and desk. Once you step outside to the balcony there is a sitting area where you can enjoy your breakfast and the view.
On the first floor, also, there are 2 twin size beds with an en-suite bathroom a smart TV, and a balcony with furniture where you can enjoy the pool, mountain, olive garden view, a bedroom with 2 twin size beds, en-suite bathroom, desk, smart TV, view to the mountain-olive garden and the pool, a desk and a balcony with a sitting area.
Last but not least there are 2 twin single beds with en-suite bathrooms, a smart TV, and a balcony with a sitting area with an olive garden view. All the bedrooms have their one-kind design, although all of them have unique common features integrated into a single design concept.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. On the same floor, there is a comfortable indoor living space that has a moving glass wall system with direct access to a pool deck, a dining area, and a TV place for cozy family and friend gatherings.
The same living space exists in Building B with the difference that there are two bedrooms, one twin-size bed with a shared bathroom, a double sink and an open shower, a smart TV, and furnished Cour Anglaise. The second room has two single beds with a shared bathroom with a double sink, a smart TV, and a desk.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area has stunning hills and an olive trees view with a half Olympic-sized swimming pool of 125 sqm (5m x 25 m and 1.40m depth). Upon request, we can add a specific crank to the pool for guests with mobility needs and a pool fence for kids. The swimming pool can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at an extra cost.
Close to the main pool, you will find a secure child session for kids, surrounded by a lounge deck and sunbeds where you enjoy the Cretan sun. Also, there is a playground for children, a BBQ, an outdoor kitchen, and a dining area under a pergola where you can enjoy your meals.
The highlight of the Villa is that you can have a traditional taste in your daily dining experience by cutting some fresh Cretan herbs and greens from your private herb garden. Don’t forget that parking space is offered for 5 cars.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
