Big windows allow sunlight to flood the interior of the Villas and let you enjoy the spectacular sea view and the warm Cretan sun. CHV-50 is a complex with 2 luxury Villas, each one with its private facilities and amenities.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of one of the 2 beachfront Villas pools can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at extra cost. We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve the best pool heating effect. Min use is 5 days. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
