With a privileged view of the hills and mountains of Apokoronas, extending to the blue strip of Souda Bay, Villa CHV-57 in Chania is a brilliant reflection of the diverse scenery that surrounds it.
Indoor facilities
CHV-57 is a two-story Villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the upper floor, one with twin beds with a sea view, and another with a king-size canopy bed.
The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a communal WC and an ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor, 2 en-suite bathrooms.
Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products.
Entering the Villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience.
The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 42’’ Satellite LED TV.
The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session?
The pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset.
Also, the pool can be heated, upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost.
Pretty close to the pool area is a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a gas BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun.
The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy, giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan Sea.
Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the Villa.
Cleaning Service
For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.
We would like to inform you that we offer a daily maid service except on weekends.
If you want to have a daily change of linens and towels, we could provide it (upon request) at an extra cost.
*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request for an additional cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 °C, depending on weather conditions.
We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
