Going to the next floor, you will find a large, bright living room centered by a wood-burning fireplace, ideally suited for gatherings with friends and family. This level will accommodate 12 guests with 6 double bedrooms and en-suites with access to balconies. On this level, you will also find a fabulous outdoor hot tub to take in views or enjoy a glass of bubbles.
The top floor level hosts the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, including a bath, shower, dressing room, and balcony. Also, find a fantastic home cinema available at your convenience for blockbuster nights. Your children will also have the fun of enjoying a games room located on the mezzanine of Chalet FCR-52 in Courchevel 1650.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
