Of course, the ski slopes beckon just outside the front door of the Chalet’s location in Courchevel. As one of the area’s premier ski-in, ski-out properties, you will be on the slopes within seconds from leaving the luxury Chalet.
Chalet FCR-74 offers 300 sq.m. of living space spread out on three floors. The interior is sleek and minimalist, with subtle nods to its Alpine location. With five bedrooms, ten lucky guests can sleep in total comfort.
Level one gathers a living room centered by a fireplace, a dining room for ten guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, and a ski room.
Level two holds the master double bedroom, with its ensuite shower and a delightful mezzanine with a desk. A double bedroom with a skylight and ensuite shower room, a kid’s bedroom with a skylight and two bunk beds, ensuite shower room.
At Level zero, there are two guest bedrooms with twin beds and each with an ensuite shower room. On the same level, guests will find a TV in the living room and access to the outside jacuzzi.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
