The FCR-77 Chalet with spa adopts a modern and sophisticated architecture without losing its mountain look.
Wood is used throughout the Chalet, with large beams supporting the roof structure and large windows framing the snowy landscape, letting in natural light. You will appreciate the beautiful volumes, the numerous top-of-the-range equipment, as well as its vast living room.
With a surface area of 320sqm, the Chalet is spread over 4 levels served by a lift. It has 4 double bedrooms, a dormitory bedroom and a sumptuous master bedroom en suite to accommodate 10 adults and 4 children.
You will be happy to return to your Chalet after a great day on the slopes. The wellness area with swimming pool and sauna will delight young and old. On the first level of the Chalet, a large Jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna occupy the terrace, ideal for bathing in the middle of the snowy fir trees.
The staff dedicated to the Chalet (housekeeper and chef) guarantee a serene and stress-free stay. The Chalet is also equipped with a private ski room.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
