Set within a gated ten-villa enclave, this is a private three-level estate of 850 sq.m. on a 1,500 sq.m. plot, built at a scale that suits large families and groups who want room to spread out. It is family friendly and comfortable for children of all ages.
The villa holds six guest bedrooms and sleeps twelve, with thirteen bathrooms in total and six of them en-suite. Interiors were designed by Alberto Pinto, whose frescoes trace scenes from Greek mythology alongside original works made in honor of the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Curved, sculptural furniture answers the rounded lines of Cycladic architecture, and the interior palette stays deliberately quiet so the eye keeps returning to the water.
The living and dining rooms open to those same sea views, and two fully equipped kitchens serve the main floors, with a third professional kitchen on the level below for larger events. First impressions are set at the door, where a black and white mosaic medallion anchors a courtyard sized for VVIP arrivals.
Two levels of terraces step down toward a 261 sq.m. infinity pool that reads straight off into the Aegean horizon. The day moves easily between the water, the outdoor Jacuzzi sized for ten to fourteen, and long lunches from the wood oven and two large barbecues.
An alfresco dining table is positioned for the sunset, and the surrounding lounging decks hold the view long after the light has gone. There is space here for a quiet morning swim or an evening gathering of the whole group, with the two lounging levels keeping sun and shade in easy reach through the day.

Mykonos Town and the waterfront lanes of Little Venice are 4.5 km and roughly eleven minutes by car, while Scorpios near Paraga is an easy run for later evenings. The airport is 5 km and the port 7 km, with the nearest supermarket, gas station and medical center all within a short drive.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
