The villa sleeps up to 15 guests across eight bedrooms, arranged over two houses plus two independent guest suites. Six bedrooms are en-suite, among them a ground-floor master in each house that opens directly onto the pool with a side sea view; the two upper bedrooms in the second house share a shower room, and each guest suite has its own bathroom, living area and kitchenette.
Every bedroom is air-conditioned, in double and single configurations that suit couples, children and mixed parties alike. Interiors keep an unforced Cycladic language of white surfaces and natural stone, with open-plan living rooms, dining areas and a fireplace in the main house.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
