On the first floor, two further bedrooms share one large bathroom.
A fifth double on the top level carries its own en-suite and a private terrace that looks over the garden, the pool and the sea. Inside, the rooms are calm and considered, with paintings and objects d’art set against pale walls, and an open-plan kitchen finished with a Provençal touch.
The white and turquoise lap pool is the focal point of the property, set beside a sunken gazebo that draws guests together long after dinner. After dark the water shifts under purple and orange light, with the Aegean stretching out beyond the edge.
Terraces and patios wrap the house on several sides, and the western orientation means the sunset falls directly across the pool. By day the same terrace turns to long lunches and swimming, the pool running clean and straight along the stone.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a dining area with wide sea views and direct access to the pool. A garden of blooming flowers and varied cacti frames the outdoor rooms, and secure parking sits close to the entrance for cars, scooters and ATVs. The airport is four kilometers, about eight minutes by car, and the old port six kilometers, about twelve minutes. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
