The estate is arranged as five private suites that sleep ten guests, with room for an eleventh. The flagship suite began as a modest stone shelter for shepherds and now runs to 120 square meters, with a living room around a wood-burning fireplace, a wide marble bathroom and a terrace shaded by a pergola for outdoor dining.
Four further suites sit in a separate Mykonian building, each with its own marble bathroom, a double bedroom and a sea-facing view, one of them holding a second single room that suits a family.
Interiors are worked in stone, brushed marble and natural materials, quiet and uncluttered, and every suite carries full heating and air-conditioning, a Smart TV and entertainment system, Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, a safe, an in-room refrigerator and heated towel rails.
A 51-metre heated lap pool runs through the gardens, warmed to 36°C on request, with a heated Jacuzzi, sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a marble pool bar beside it.
The terraces face south over Super Paradise, so long afternoons on the Italian sunbeds give way to a wide sunset across the water. After dark the estate’s lighting plan picks out the rocks and cliffs, turning the landscape into something close to sculpture.
Two entertaining buildings anchor the grounds. The Clubhouse holds the in-house gym, a Jacuzzi and a basketball court, while the Playhouse, a 200-square-metre pavilion a short walk away, offers a home cinema, a display kitchen where breakfast is served, a games room with football and ping-pong tables, and dining for twenty indoors or ten under the pergola.
Secure parking, a secluded private heliport and full access for guests with restricted mobility cover the practical side. An additional gatehouse double bedroom and a professional event kitchen for up to 120 guests can be arranged on request at extra cost.
Super Paradise beach lies 650 meters below, with Elia five kilometers along the coast and Scorpios a short drive west at Paraga. Nammos at Psarou and the restaurants of Little Venice in Mykonos Town are within easy reach, Mykonos Town itself 7.5 kilometers away, around sixteen minutes by car.
The airport is 4.4 kilometers (ten minutes) and the New Port 9.5 kilometers (nineteen minutes), with a supermarket four kilometers away and the nearest medical center at 6.3 kilometers.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
