Luxury Villa for Rent in Tinos – Triantaros: this stone-built retreat occupies a quiet hillside on the island’s southeast side, where the Aegean opens across the horizon and eleven islands appear on clear days. Built from local stone by traditional craftsmen, the property sits in harmony with the Cycladic landscape, framed by bare hills, wild thyme, and the unmistakable stillness that has drawn artists to Tinos for generations.
Across three levels, contemporary minimalism meets archetypal island architecture, with every window placed deliberately toward the sea and a vegetable garden tracing the south edge of the plot.
The villa accommodates 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, built-in double or twin beds, and ceiling fans. Two double bedrooms of 12 m² sit on the ground floor and open from the main living area, with a separate guest WC alongside. The first-floor master bedroom of 17 m² is given over entirely to the view, with air conditioning, fitted closets, and a private television for quiet mornings.
A 22 m² twin bedroom on the lower ground floor completes the layout, also en-suite. White walls, polished cement floors, and a white-and-grey palette carry through every room, holding the focus on the natural light and the sea beyond.
The infinity pool measures 3.32 by 8.20 meters and is treated with a Zodiac salt electrolysis system rather than chlorine, drawing the eye down toward the village lights of Triantaros and out across the Aegean. A shaded pergola, designed to break the meltemi winds, shelters a long outdoor dining table for sixteen and becomes the natural center of the house from late afternoon onward. From this terrace, sunrise opens the day on one side and sunset closes it on the other, with the full horizon held in between and the air carrying the scent of herbs from the garden below.
Inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, the living room carries television, stereo system, and air conditioning, and the indoor dining table seats six. Every bedroom comes with its own ceiling fan and en-suite shower, while the master suite adds independent climate control and a personal television. Outside, a vegetable and herb garden supplies the kitchen with fresh seasonal produce, and a shaded parking area sits within the secure perimeter of the plot, with road access suitable for cars, scooters, and ATVs.

Tinos itself is a sacred island for the Orthodox faith thanks to the church of Panagia Megalochari in Tinos Town, and is known equally for the marble-carving village of Pyrgos and the surreal boulder landscape of Volax, both within an easy drive of the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
