In ZTR-3 Luxury Beach Villa, elegance and modern design meet traditional architecture. Stone, glass and water, combined perfectly in a place where tradition blends with contemporary style and the eternal blue of the sea.
ZTR-3 Private Pool Villa is a luxurious residence of 300 sq.m. (3,230 sq.ft.) that can accommodate up to ten guests in five sea-view en-suite bedrooms. The interiors are inspired by the beauty of Zakynthos Island, while the traditional stone architecture of the exteriors blend perfectly with the landscape.
The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor together with a fully equipped kitchen, a sea-view dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a colorful garden with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven and an outdoor dining area. In addition, an en-suite Master Bedroom with sea-view balcony is situated at the same level.
On the ground floor you will find three more Master Bedrooms, and a Junior Bedroom. All of the bedrooms offer their own sea-view balconies with access to the swimming pool and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. One of the Master Bedrooms is located in a Detached Studio, built right next to the main building, and is fully equipped with cooking facilities, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, providing additional privacy to its guests.
ZTR-3 Beach Villa provides central heating and cooling systems, individually controlled in each room, ensuring absolute comfort and privacy for the guests.

Location
ZTR-3 Villa is built on the edge of the waves, where the sky gently touches the sea… reflecting the colors of the sunrise from the villa. The golden, sandy beach beneath the villa is always there calling you to the crystal-clear blue.
The Villa is located at Amboula beach, in the area of Tragaki, a quiet coastal town of eastern Zakynthos. Discover “Vardiola”, in the distance of about 3 km in Kypseli. Vardiola used to be one of the watchtowers that Venetians built to be protected from the pirates. Hiking or cycling among the green olive trees is an activity suggested for nature lovers.
Moreover, you can taste fine traditional dishes of Zakynthian and Greek cuisine, cooked with pure ingredients, as well as fresh fish day and night in the restaurant “Ladofanaro on the Beach”, just a short walk away from the villa.
Furthermore, in a close distance of about 3 km from ZTR-3 Villa you can visit the resort of Tsilivi where you can find a shopping center with super-markets and numerous shops, just within a 5-minute-drive from the Villa. Moreover, you can meet the nightlife of Zante Island, enjoy a dinner at a premium restaurant or a dance at a bar or club. Tsilivi beach is perfect for children as the sea water is warm and shallow, while the long sandy beach is ideal to build the sandcastle of your dreams. The more adventurous can either have a go on the water sports available there, or the water park. Along the beach road there are bars open from early in the morning till late at night serving coffee, drinks and snacks.
ZTR-3 Villa stands 12 km away from Zakynthos International Airport and 8 km from “Chora”, Zakynthos’ capital town and 9.5 km from the harbor of the island. It is also close to many points of interest and sights, so you can easily visit the most famous landmarks of historical or natural significance.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
