Villa ZTR-5 is spread across three floors: ground, first and second (loft).
The ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room, master bedroom with en suite facilities and jacuzzi as well as a WC and a laundry room.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which is a Suite with en suite facilities.
On the second floor, the loft, you will find two bedrooms with a common bathroom with bath jacuzzi. Four of the 5 bedrooms feature double beds and balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens and the pool. The fifth bedroom features 2 single beds.
The property offers secure parking for 4 cars within the grounds, a heated swimming pool, a heated outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor BBQ facilities as well as a shaded, outdoor dining area.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Baby cots and highchairs are available on request.
Location
Villa ZTR-5 is located in the center of Zakynthos Island, in the village of Romiri. This quiet part of the island offers total privacy in peaceful, green surroundings. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees surround the property creating a natural shelter from the sounds of the nearby roads. The Villa is secluded but also close to amenities such as supermarkets, taverns and shops. The capital of Zakynthos, Zante town is just a 10minute drive while major sights such as the Shipwreck cove, the Blue Caves, Marathonisi Island, Vasilikos and Gerakas are easily accessible.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
