Villa ADR-8 is located in Aleomandra, just around the sacred Island of Delos.
The impressive sea floating deck gives access to the famous beaches of Nammos and Scorpios in a few minutes (1.5 sea-miles).
It is just 5 km from Mykonos town and a few kilometers drive to whatever you dream (5km from Nammos, 7km Scorpios & 10km Principote). The nearest sandy beach is 400 meters away on foot.

Inspired by Cycladic architecture, this breathtaking sea house has been crafted using locally sourced materials. It is ideal for living in luxurious comfort in 800 sq.m. interiors and 500 sq.m. outdoor living area within a 4.000 sq.m. plot.

The unique newly constructed Villa ADR-8 is extra spacious and the 800 sq.m. indoor area is ideal for unique relaxation moments.
Full of beautiful contradictions combining tradition with contemporary elements. You will stay in 10 spacious suites with King size beds, all of them with ensuite bathrooms.
All suites include high tech Samsung smart TVs to connect with Netflix, Apple TV, etc., while an independent music system is available in every suite to relax with your favorite music.
High Speed internet is always available. A large indoor living and dining room, kitchen & gym with WC is also available.
Outdoor Living Area
The outdoor living area is impressive and within 500 sq.m. you can find 2 pools with floating sunbeds, an outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, jacuzzi, firepit, and wonderful relaxation corners like the roof-top patio with firepit lounge and 360 stunning views.
All within a 4000 sq.m. plot just a few meters from the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

Energy efficiency is a fundamental aspect of our sustainable practices. The house utilizes solar energy to generate clean energy on-site, significantly decreasing reliance on non-renewable energy while systems ensure water waste reduction.
Furthermore, we are implementing energy-efficient measures involving the use of equipment designed to reduce energy consumption.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
