The two independent en-suite guest rooms on the pool level offer private havens with direct outdoor access.
On the lower level, a gym, a guest room with private entrance, and discreet staff quarters ensure every comfort is anticipated.
One additional guesthouse enriches the villa’s offering of another detached suite, with a bedroom and bathroom for complete privacy and autonomy for visiting friends or family.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
