Each Villa has an overflowing pool and a captivating panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the sunrises of Paros. PRS-38 Complex can accommodate up to 14 people.
The Villas’ interiors are designed to give guests a welcoming and exquisite sense of hospitality, while their decoration combines the Cycladic with the modern style, creating a relaxing and joyful atmosphere. The outdoor areas, the terraces, and the furniture are all designed, in a way, to create a harmonious and relaxing environment.
VILLA #1
The Villa consists of two autonomous areas, the main house and a studio and can accommodate up to eight guests. The main house of the Villa consists of two bedrooms and three bathrooms. At the entrance of the Villa, there is an elegant living room with artistic décor, a satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a Bosch refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Bosch oven, a hot water kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and all the cooking basics.
The studio of the Villa has a separate entrance and it is located next to the main house. The studio contains a double bed with its ensuite bathroom, its own kitchenette, a living room with a sofa-bed and an independent terrace that leads to the swimming pool and the outdoor living area. The guest house can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
VILLA #2
In the two bedrooms, on the ground floor, guests will enjoy comfortable queen-size double beds with satellite TV and built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have luxury ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms offer views of the sea, the swimming pool, and the outdoor areas.
The Villa has an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a Bosch refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Bosch oven, a hot water kettle, a Nespresso coffee, a toaster, and all the cooking basics.
The first floor of the Villa consists of a comfortable master bedroom with a satellite TV and built-in wardrobes. The bedroom has its own luxurious ensuite bathroom and its exclusive balconies that offer guests unobscured scene views of the endless Aegean blue.
Outdoors, guests will enjoy a relaxing terrace, with a swimming pool, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden planted with local plants and herbs that fit harmonically with the island landscape.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
