Villas EVS-5 – 1 with one bedroom and 1 with two bedrooms – boasting unparalleled architectural cave aesthetics, are dressed in the shades of beige and white, and have minimalistic hand-picked decorations. The one-bedroom Villa boasts an open space cave area of 45 square meters including a bedroom with a built-in king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a living area. The two-bedroom Villa boasts two individual cave suites expanding together on a 60 square meters area. The master suite, expanding on an open plan area includes a bedroom with a built-in king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a living area. The second suite features a smaller bedroom with a built-in queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Both Villas EVS-5 feature anatomic mattresses, flat-screen Smart TVs with satellite channels, autonomous air conditioning, laptop-size safes, and many more amenities, ensuring a luxurious stay. At the Villas’ semi private terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, the heated plunge pools offer tranquil moments while gazing at the mesmerizing views of the sea and the village of Finikia.

The one-bedroom and the two-bedroom Villas EVS-5 can be booked together and are ideal for parties of 6 guests. The Villas are located in Finikia Oia, at an annex of the main complex of Elysian Santorini, 1 km away (approximately 15-20 min walk) to the town’s center with a variety of shops, galleries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. In the village of Finikia, you may also find local restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
