CLD-9 private pool Villa is 130 sq.m. two-level house with sea view to the Aegean and a 700 sq.m. blooming garden. It offers a private parking, a private pool and a private garden, a fully equipped kitchen and provides cleaning services and food delivery.
Villa CLD-9 can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. With an exquisite and modern design, the Villa offers one open plan ground floor consisting of a living-room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower bathroom. In every room, there is either an A/C or a ceiling fan.
There is direct access to the outdoor sitting area and your comfortable outdoor dining area from the ground floor so you would enjoy your meal facing the Aegean Sea. Fan of rosemary chicken? Use some fresh rosemary right from your private garden and cook your dinner in your private BBQ!
Your private pool is right in front of you, providing you with serene moments. There, you will also meet the outdoor sitting area with your comfortable built-in sofas with sunshades and Moroccan pillows.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
