Villa EVS-2, expanding in a 55 square meters area, is dressed in nude shades of gray, beige and white. It is open-concept Villas, featuring a private outdoor plunge pool on the balcony (that is heated during winter time), one bedroom with a king-size bed with anatomic mattresses and ensuite bathroom, and a living area equipped with a sleeper sofa bed -sleeping two more people-, and an additional bathroom. Its terrace offers sea and village views, outdoor furniture, and sunbeds. Villa EVS-2 includes flat-screen Smart TV with satellite channels, autonomous air conditioning, laptop-size safe, and many more amenities, ensuring a luxurious stay. Complimentary breakfast is served daily.
The Villa is located in Finikia, Oia, 1 km away (approximately 15-20 min walk) to the town’s center with a variety of shops, galleries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. In the village of Finikia, you may also find local restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
