Providing the services of a hotel, in conjunction with the privacy and seclusion of a private villa, is what we like to call smart hospitality.
Villa EVS-3, expanding in an area of 45 square meters, is a beautiful open-concept villa, that features a private outdoor plunge pool on the balcony (that is heated during wintertime), one bedroom with a king-size bed with anatomic mattresses, and an ensuite bathroom. Its terrace offers sea and village views, outdoor furniture, and sunbeds. The Villa includes flat-screen Smart TVs with satellite channels, autonomous air conditioning, laptop-size safes, and many more amenities, ensuring a luxurious stay. Complimentary breakfast is served daily.
Villa EVS-3 is located in Finikia, Oia, 1 km away (approximately 15-20 min walk) to the city’s center with a variety of shops, galleries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. In the village of Finikia, you may also find local restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
