In this original captain’s house of the 19th century, exclusively built with the red and black volcanic stone of Santorini, every corner reflects its long history and endurance over time.
Two separate Villas combined into one, which can “house” your wish for relaxation and coziness within its 100 sq.m. The interiors feature 2 bedrooms with a double bed, an additional double bed, a living room with a dining area and a sofa, 2 kitchenettes and 2 private bathrooms with a shower.
The outdoor consist of a private terrace with two hot tubs where guests can spend pure, sublime moments. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, has two entrances for guests’ convenience and offers stunning views of the Aegean Sea.
The Villas are not interconnected in order to ensure privacy among the guests.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
