The STR-3 Villa is a split-level Villa offering accommodation for 2 guests, Caldera View and a Cave Style outdoor Hot Tub.
200 years ago, this windmill at the entrance of Oia used to produce bread that was distributed to the entire island. Nowadays, the windmill has been entirely renovated and “accommodates” the STR-3 Villa, featuring all the contemporary facilities to ensure a relaxing and seamless stay for its guests.
The STR-3 Villa extends into 45 sq.m. and features two levels. The ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances, a sitting area and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper level onto the bedroom area. On the outdoor spacious terrace, comfortable sun beds and a Cave Style private Hot tub complete the scene.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
