INDOOR
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in OSV-1 Villa. One bedroom with a king size bed and another bedroom with two single beds are located on the lower level of the villa, while the third loft bedroom is separate from the other two, on the upper level, and features a king size bed with its own bathroom. In addition, on the lower level of the villa, the sofa is easily transformed to a double queen bed.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning, eco-friendly mattresses & upper bedclothes, as well as feathered pillows. A baby cot and an extra single folding camp bed are available on request.
A fully equipped kitchen with a blender, electric grill, electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, kitchenware, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities as well as a kitchenette are available in the Villa. There are two dining areas, for 6 persons each.
There is a bathroom on each level, equipped with WC, shower, bath towels, slippers, hypoallergenic shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, 220V shaver plug and a washing machine.
OUTDOOR
The large private yard (300 sq.m.) and the balcony are overlooking the Caldera, the Aegean Sea and the most famous sunset of Oia. There is a BBQ area with outdoor dining facilities for 8 persons, to enjoy your lunch or dinner with your friends and family.
There is a private outdoor heated hydro massage spa for 8 persons, as well as a private infinity pool; these features combined with the perfect view towards the sea will keep you fresh and relaxed the whole day.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
