The ultimate private retreat, Villa-20 accommodates 18 guests in five 100 sq.m. pavilions and four luxury studio bedrooms, all opening onto private terraces and some pavilions featuring plunge pools.
Guests of Villa-20 also enjoy access to a dedicated Beach Cabana (upon availability) at the Resort’s Beach Club, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The one-bedroom Cabana has a private terrace and 10m pool, with direct access to the sea 30 meters away.
The private Spa & Gym in the Villa covers 650 sq.m. and offers a wide range of facilities, including treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, water massage bed, whirlpool, 15-meter indoor pool and cold plunge pool. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
