Overlooking the bustling Tsilivi bay on the northeastern coast of the island, and just 5km from Zakynthos town, Villa ZTR-9 was designed with the best of relaxed, barefoot living in mind—light-filled living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious bedrooms (up and downstairs) with king-size beds and lavish bathrooms, voluptuous sofas, fully equipped kitchen, and of course plenty of private outdoor living area.
GARDENS
The estate’s gardens were conceived and designed as a contemporary interpretation of a Mediterranean courtyard garden; citrus trees, ornamental grasses, and borders filled with aromatic plants, their fragrance carried by the soft, warm breeze; intimate courtyards cooled by the tinkle of water, and narrow paths leading to the balmy, sunlit shore lining the azure blue Ionian Sea.
We like to think that there’s something hypnotic about our garden. The overall design intention was to bring an instant sense of calm; to create a journey from the privacy of the villas to the open sea, with each step becoming an unprecedented experience within a moving landscape.
The lily pond is in bloom much of the year, with flowers on display from spring to autumn, while the lush vegetation changes with the seasons, from rosemary, geraniums, and other vibrant bloomers, wind-combed grasses, olive trees, and fragrant citrus trees.

The Spa is hidden within the gardens, making the most of its stunning verdure.
It is a beautifully designed space that lets you reconnect mind, body, and soul: crisp and serene, with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in the bright daylight.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
