The Boat is the only one of its kind in Greece. It took six whole years for its proud owner Zannis Koukas, sculptor and architect, a gifted man with limitless imagination, and his team of craftsmen, to transform and make the necessary conversions to an old engine sail powered vessel built in 1948, to what it is today: A unique & original work of art.
Along with traces of the ancient times whilst bearing modern elements, the Boat offers sophisticated facilities to the satisfaction of the most demanding of clients who wish to enjoy Greek culture, the beauty of the Cycladic sea, while cruising to the nearby islands on board a unique vessel.
Equipped to accommodate live Bands of all musical genres (upon request) as well as provide special catering on board along with it’ s open bar, the Boat is perfect for parties as it can easily host 80 PAX while cruising. Hosting many international actors and local known artists to this date, the Boat has managed to become the beloved “foyer” of artistic endowed personalities.
The Boat is ideal to organize, a bachelor, a wedding or an anniversary party. Because what is more romantic than being under the Greek sun, visiting deserted beaches and diving into the Crystal blue waters of Mykonos and Rhenia. Upon your request, at an all day cruise we arrange BBQ’s on board, open-bar with cocktails and Dj for the dancing lovers. We also have sound-systems where you can plug in your mobile phone to play your own music and microphone for having fun with karaoke. Feel like a kid, playing with funny inflatable mattresses that we provide and make high divings into the water.
First Bar: Here is where the preparations for the BBq’s are made. It is equipped with three refrigerators, a sink, a dishwasher, coffee machine and with all the necessaries a bar needs.
Lower Deck: Our lower deck is an air-conditioned place, where you can relax and enjoy exhibitions projects made by the owner-artist Zannis Koukas and by various other artists.
Sailing Parties by Night
Mykonos is famous for its nightlife! We have all the facilities and the space needed for making on-board parties at night, with Dj’s, live bands and cocktails!
So except the daily cruises it can be used as a unique bar for memorable night parties, since it’s the only one of its kind existing in Mykonos.

*Above rates exclude: V.A.T. taxes, food and drinks for the guests, canal fees (if applicable), foreign water fees (if applicable), land transfers/tours, private marina charges (if any), fuel for the engines & generators, gasoline for the tenders & water toys, and the gratuity for the crew (upon client’s discretion).
*The A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) covers the expenses. This sum is estimated the 30-35% of the total charter fee. The captain keeps all the receipts of the expenses and at the end of the charter we do the final financial settlement. If during the charter the costs are beyond the APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills upon disembarkation. If there is any remaining credit, the charterer will receive back the relevant amount of money.
