The Villa consists of the ground, the first and the second floor.
Ground floor:
2 garages, extensive living-dining room 15 sq.m., fitted kitchen, and 1 twin bedroom, comfortable leather armchairs, a place to rest and a bathroom with hydro-massage, aromatherapy and color therapy.
First floor:
1 double bedroom 36 sq.m. with a Jacuzzi bathroom 20 sq.m. 1 twin bedroom 20 sq.m. with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom 22 sq.m. All bedrooms face balconies.
There is a living room 110 sq.m. with a fireplace, a 42’’ plasma TV and a Dolby Surround system. Play station 2 & 3, VCR, DVD, a radio and a CD player. You can enjoy a cup of coffee/tea or a drink at the wonderful veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric devices, like a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
Second floor:
2 double bedrooms 36 sq.m. with en suite bathrooms. In each room there is a 21’ TV set – vcr – sat1 – sat2 – tuner – air conditioning – Wi-Fi Internet.

*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
