On the ground floor you can find a living room with a sofa, a PS4 with two controllers and a 50 ‘’ satellite TV, a dining room for 6 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances where you can have an unforgettable cooking experience with your loved ones and a communal WC.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an air-conditioner. One bedroom has a double bed, a satellite flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, the other two each have two single beds and a flat-screen TV.
All the bedrooms offer a gazing view of the sea and Ag. Theodori Island and the Lefka Ori. Last but not least there is a bedroom with two single beds, a flat-screen TV, one shower room, a WC and a sitting room area where the sofa easily can be used as a sofa bed in the attic. In the basement of the Villa, there is a well-equipped gym room, a laundry room, a bathroom, and an indoor parking space.
Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large private swimming pool that can be heated upon request of course! Sun loungers surround the pool offering the best spot for your family and friends to enjoy the Cretan sun. The exterior area is equipped with a dining table for 8 guests, some elegant wooden chairs, and beautiful plants where you can enjoy your glass of wine with your friends under the starlight sky.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
