On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Through the stairs, you can get to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
In the same area, you will find a sitting area, a coffee station, and a large window with a gazing view. This area can easily be used as a bedroom for two guests. The minimal and modern architectural design with high-quality elements and products creates the perfect stay for you and your loved ones.
The Villa is fully restored and has elements of the genetic period with a combination of modern techniques with new systems of technology.

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the private swimming pool for adults. On the first floor, there is a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy your breakfast and the gazing view.
Sunbeds with umbrellas surround the swimming pool offering moments of relaxation and letting you enjoy the Cretan sun. A private garden lawn and a sitting area and other furniture complete the exterior area. Don’t miss that there is a parking area for your vehicles.

To ensure your utmost comfort and hygiene, we have a routine in place for a comprehensive cleaning service and a replacement of bath towels and linens every three days. This schedule guarantees that you consistently enjoy a fresh and revitalizing experience throughout your stay.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
