The Villa is located in one of the most spectacular places of Greece and is endowed with a panoramic view primarily of the picturesque town of Chania and its landmark, the renovated lighthouse at the old Venetian harbor but also of both, the blue Aegean Sea and the famous White Mountains of Crete, usually covered with snow from November until late May. This makes Villa C-16 a wonderful safe haven to visit throughout the whole year.
The house has a modern architectural design in perfect harmony with its mature garden and the surrounding landscape. Indoor and outdoor living transcend harmoniously, so it is equally suitable for all seasons throughout the year.
Villa C-16 is ideal for a holiday break, a reunion of any kind, an anniversary celebration or even a small-scale wedding event.
The property sleeps 10-12 people. There are two bedrooms on the upper ground floor, one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the lower ground floor.
On the upper ground floor the master bedroom consists of a private relaxing lounge space, a sleeping area with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a private heated plunge pool, a walk-in closet and a private office space. The second bedroom on that level has two comfortable single beds and a private bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bathtub. It is ideal for two adults or the family’s children.
On the ground floor level there is a small, separate small studio consisting of a sleeping area with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. It can accommodate two more people if necessary with the use of a big convertible couch.
Two separate living areas, the dining and the kitchen area are on this level too.
On the lower ground floor two more bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as another spacious multi-use living room are available for our guests. All of them overlook the garden and have a panoramic view of the old town and the sea at the same time.
Further down on that same floor level you find both the fully equipped gym and also the relaxing spa area with a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna and a massage space, all of them overlooking the garden.
On a separate section and in total privacy on that floor level there is also a small studio apartment with its own entrance, totally separate and autonomous, that can sleep 2-3 people and can accommodate, upon request only, our guests’ support staff or additional guests. It consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a living area with an adequately equipped kitchenette.
The sunshine in this part of the world is on average approximately 300 days a year, so the infinity, ecologically purified and heated pool, the pool bar and the shaded and non-shaded living areas around it encourage our guests to spend most of their day outdoors where they can enjoy a refreshing plunge in the pool, relax on the comfy loungers, have BBQ or wood oven cooked meals and drinks and also enjoy unforgettable sunsets overlooking the scenery of their choice.
Spend your precious free time the way that suits best the mood you are in. A fully equipped gym for some physical exercise, a spa with a sauna and steam bath are at your disposal. Relax and ask us for a massage session. Spend some time in our spacious lower-level living room watching a movie of your choice, reading a book or browsing the internet, playing cards, chess, backgammon or other table games. A fully operational kitchen is there for cooking lovers. Villa C-16 offers these and so many more options for you.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
