Indoor Facilities
Villa CHV-40 consists of four bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, with twin-size beds. On the ground floor, the open-plan space area offers direct access to the pool area. The real heart of the home is the open plan living area with a fireplace and the scenery is completed with a kitchen with a modern design and all the necessary amenities for easy preparation of meals.
There is also a dining space where you could enjoy your meals gazing at the sea. On the same floor, you can find a communal bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, one of them offers two single beds and the other two with king-size beds. One of the bedrooms offers a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All of the bedrooms on the upper floor offer a unique sea view from the balconies.
On the lower level, there is a gym for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout routine. Furthermore, in the same area, there is a sauna room where you can relax and a shower room.
Outdoor Facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The outdoor saltwater swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset on the sun loungers and on the double day-bed.
Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table and a well-organized BBQ area for festive culinary nights under the starlight sky. The garden around the Villa makes you feel that you are living in heaven. Finally, there is a secure parking area outside the Villa for two cars, along with a free EV charger available.
Accessibility
From the parking area to the main door of the indoor space, there is a path without stairs. In addition, inside the Villa, there is an elevator to move from one floor to another.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days’ advance notice for this facility.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
