Indoor facilities
The interior combines luxurious elements with the comfort of a welcoming house of 285 sq.m. making it an amazing holiday villa for 12-14 guests. The Villa, divided into two buildings and 3 floors, has six airy bedrooms.
The main entrance of the Villa is from the main building on the first floor. Direct entrance to the main open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 8-10 guests. Near the kitchen, there is a living area with a big flat satellite screen TV and an energy fireplace.
From the living area, there is direct access to the veranda with sofas, the ideal spot to drink your cocktail while gazing at the amazing sea view. On this floor, there is an interior balcony with a view of the interior pool.
The first bedroom is located near the kitchen with a communal bathroom. From the interior staircase goes to the attic of the Villa with a bedroom, a Jacuzzi, and an ensuite bathroom. Let yourself relax in the interior heated pool, which is on the ground level of the Villa.
The indoor swimming pool can be heated, upon request 7 days in advance, at an extra cost. Around the indoor pool, there are sunbeds and a communal bathroom.
On this floor, there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have direct access to the yard.
Near the main building, there is a building with two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living area.
Each bedroom has a TV with satellite channels, bath amenities (shampoo, shower gel, soap, conditioner), free Wi-Fi access, and high-quality COCO-MAT mattresses, linens, and towels. Babies are welcome in our Villa as we will provide you with baby cots and high chairs upon request.
Outdoor facilities
Getting out of the Villa, the first thing that will impress you is the gorgeous view of the Cretan Sea. Imagine yourself swimming in the outdoor pool of 50 sq.m. and gazing at the sea view, especially during the evening with the sunset.
Your kids will also swim safely in the child pool. Spoil yourself in one of the outdoor living areas either on the balcony gazing at the view or near the garden gazing at the natural surrounding beauty.
Close to the pool, there is a barbeque (charcoal) area with a big dining table for 12 guests. Wherever you choose to sit, you will love it! Don’t forget that parking space is offered for two cars.
*Heated Pool Policy
The indoor swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require 3-4 days’ notice for this service. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
