The C-24 complex sleeps twelve across six double bedrooms, three to each villa, and every bedroom has its own en suite shower room. Each home opens with a master bedroom in king configuration, reached through large sliding terrace doors that give onto both shared and private balconies, followed by a second king that converts easily to twin beds with a balcony of its own, and a third double set down on the pool level.
The interiors are calm and unhurried, finished in a pared-back Cretan style, with open-plan kitchen and living areas that face the pool and the bay, satellite television and a long dining table at the center of each. Sliding glass softens the line between the sitting room and the terrace, so mornings begin with sea air and the living space carries through to the water. Villa Two adds a cinema lounge with a sleeper sofa, raising the complex to fourteen guests when the group calls for it.
Each villa has its own private infinity pool, the water spilling over a cascading edge toward the horizon, with heating available on request. Wide timber decks carry luxury sunbeds and designer loungers, set so that each villa keeps its own uninterrupted outlook over the Aegean.
Beside the water a full outdoor kitchen brings a charcoal barbecue, a generous dining table and a covered pergola for shade, with a heater to hold the evenings open as the sunset colors the bay. The whole house is built to live outdoors, days moving between the water, the shade of the pergola and the long table beside the pool.
Both villas come fully equipped, with open-plan kitchens, guest WCs and satellite television served throughout. The complex is family-friendly and suited to children of all ages, with secure private parking on site and easy access by car, scooter or ATV. Villa Two’s cinema lounge gives groups a cool, shaded room for the warmest afternoons, while the balconies and separate terraces let two parties share the estate without ever feeling on top of one another.

The nearest sandy beach at Almyrida lies 4.5 km away, with the cove at Keras 6.5 km further on and the seaside village of Kalyves a short drive along the coast. Almyrida and Kalyves both keep a handful of seafront tavernas, so a good dinner is only a short drive from the gate.
The Venetian Harbor and old town of Chania are 28 km off, roughly 40 minutes by car, while Souda Port sits 22 km away at 33 minutes and Chania International Airport 36 km at 45 minutes. A supermarket is 2.5 km from the door and the nearest fuel station 9 km, so daily essentials stay close while the hillside itself keeps its quiet.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
