Each Villa bears its own magic touch, yet all four share the same ambiance of unpretentious luxury, minimalist elegance and breathtaking views of the infinite Aegean Sea. This Villas complex is located in Agia Sofia, just a few minutes away from Mykonos town.
The enclosed complex is accessed via a remote-controlled gate and there is a reception area, which is manned by our villa manager during the day. All four villas have individually controlled security alarm systems.
The wisely designed ASM-3 Villa will create the perfect ambiance for you to have the time of your life and enjoy every single moment.
Its’ amenities include 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, a living area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a toilet in the entrance level and 2 master bedrooms with a sharing bathroom on the top floor.
On the outside there are spacious dining and lounge areas. The all new outdoor private hot tub makes the difference to relaxing ambiance alfresco.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
