The Villa is built in two levels with a separate entrance to ensure independence to the guests and it is located at Kalo Livadi, only 2 minutes’ drive to the beach. Kalo Livadi is considered to be one of the best and longest beaches of Mykonos with restaurants, beach clubs, sun beds, and various water sports, as well as one of the most favorite destinations of various celebrities.
The property can host up to 6 people, with one double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa-bed that turns into a comfortable and quality double bed.
On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view, a bathroom -toilet, shower enclosure-, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a living room with a sofa-bed that turns into a comfortable double bed, TV and DVD player.
On the ground floor, there is a king size double bed that can turn into two twin beds if required, a bathroom -toilet, shower enclosure-, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, TV and a private terrace with a magnificent sea view.
Both floors have security alarm (external radars, security camera), high speed internet WiFi and the house is fully air conditioned.
Outdoors, the Villa features large terraces, a brand new private heated swimming pool with a two-seats Jacuzzi corner, covered pergolas. a dining table for six, a built-in sofa, sunbeds and lounge chairs where you can sit relax and enjoy the panoramic view over the Kalo Livadi bay.
KLV-2 Villa is situated only 3 minutes’ drive from Ano Mera where you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM machine, a gas station and many taverns in the main local square. A must visit is also the charming old 18th century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
