The interior of the villa consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a playroom with table tennis, billiards as well as a 65″ TV to enjoy and relax. For the more energetic there is a gym with an aerobics area, a study room and 4 master bedrooms with hydro massage.
On the first floor of the Villa there are two master bedrooms with hydro massage and a kitchen by the Italian house SCIC. If the need arises to work then there are private workspaces, a living room with Home Cinema Dolby Surround 5.1 to enjoy the latest movies.
On the second floor, there are three master bedrooms, suite-type larger than all the rest, with a panoramic sea and mountain view.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
