INDOOR
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this Villa. One bedroom with a king size bed is located at the Villa’s lower level and another loft bedroom with a king size bed at the upper level, separate from the others, with its own bathroom. In addition, a double sofa bed is available in the open kitchen room.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning, eco-friendly mattresses & upper bedclothes, as well as feathered pillows. A baby cot and an extra single folding camp bed are available on request.
A fully equipped kitchen with a blender, electric grill, electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, kitchenware, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities as well as a kitchenette are available in the Villa. There is also a dining room for 6 persons.
There is a bathroom on each level, equipped with WC, shower, bath towels, slippers, hypoallergenic shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, 220V shaver plug and a washing machine.
OUTDOOR
OSV-6 Villa features a private yard and a balcony, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the most famous sunset of Oia village in Santorini. There is also a BBQ area with outdoor dining space for 8 persons, to enjoy your lunch or dinner with your friends and family.
A private outdoor heated hydro massage spa (for 5 persons) is located in front of the Villa. You also have access to our two sharing pools, where a pool bar is available offering a perfect sea view that will keep you fresh and relaxed during the whole day.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
