The enclosed complex is accessed via a remote-controlled gate and there is a reception area, which is manned by our villa manager during the day. All four villas have individually controlled security alarm systems.

The villa’s amenities include 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a play room and a single room on the ground floor, a living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet in the entrance level and a master bedroom with bathroom and cloakroom on the top floor.
On the outside the large private pool offers a breathtaking view of the sleepless sea and the nearby islands. Outdoor amenities also include a BBQ, a shower, plus spacious dining and lounge areas, as well as the newly fully equipped with the latest technology gym.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
