The «ELD Residence» is a new luxury residential complex located in the southern part of the island, above Elia Beach and it is almost 10 km away from the main town and airport.
Elia is one of the most beautiful beaches of Mykonos with its blue waters and unique sand. It is an organized beach with restaurants, bars, coffee places, and water sports.
The complex is situated just 600 meters from Elia Beach and 1.5 km from Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis beaches.

The Villa – Description
Villa ELD-3 consists of three bedrooms with three bathrooms, two of them en-suite. Two of the three bedrooms have built-in double beds and bedside tables and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed. All bedrooms have spacious closets.
All bedrooms are equipped to the last detail.
On the ground floor, there is a dining table for 6 people and a spacious built-in seating area with a TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped with SMEG electrical devices.
The luxurious Mykonos villa rental has a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor lounge area with a dining table for 8 people. There is also a small storage room, engine, and laundry room.
A garden in front of the pool with lawn and flowers completes an environment of relaxation and wellness, overlooking the sea and the beach of Elia.
The house has wi-fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms, and a covered private parking for 3 cars.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
