Villa CRT-2 is a 6-Bedroom Sea View Villa in Palaiokastro, Crete, which unfolds in three levels and blends wisely into the beautiful Heraklion landscape, offering complete privacy and impeccable sea views to its guests. It is an ideal hideaway to unwind while discovering Crete; an island where nature, history and heart-warming hospitality meet. All interior and exterior spaces of the Villa are outlined in dialogue with the impressive sea views, creating indulging relaxing areas which celebrate the outgoing Mediterranean lifestyle.
Built on an approximately 2,000 sq.m. plot, the Villa has independent access and entrance, while an indoor elevator and an outdoor staircase connect its three levels.
LAYOUT
1st LEVEL
First Level features 3 spacious bedrooms, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a wine cellar, a sauna, a steam room and a gym with treadmill and weights; it also features a WC with shower, 2 separate showers and a laundry room. The tennis table is a stand out element of the outdoor playing area, accompanied by a dining table and spacious sitting area. From the first level guests can walk to the seafront through a private path starting at the small garden patio. A unique feature of Villa CRT-2 is the magnetic “pergola”: an outdoor stone built sitting area, invitingly close to the sea.
2nd LEVEL
The main entrance at Second Level introduces the spacious and elegant living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and WC, all boasting an eclectic minimal design decorated in subtle white, gray and greige tones that inspire guests to settle back and feel at home. The big frame windows create a visual flow among the residence and the view of the sea, unifying the interior and the exterior spaces. The lavish exterior spaces include a pergola shaded dining area, outdoor sitting area, large heated infinity swimming pool with built-in Jacuzzi, outdoor shower and BBQ area.
3rd LEVEL
The Third Level of the Villa features the impressive view master bedroom with a bathtub ensuite bathroom; a corner bedroom office and a third bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. On the same level, there is a walk-in closet room and a sea view cozy sitting area for 1 guest next to the elevator.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
