Villa GLD-9 was built in 2020 and was designed to offer the maximum of comfort to all 16 of its guests, featuring eight master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a vast outdoor surrounding area well protected from the winds and fully blending with the surrounding rocky formations.

Thanks to its surrounding enormous internal glass windows, the interior living room offers an amazing view directly on the rock which hangs right outside of the backyard of the property. At the other side a glass door leads directly to the outdoor dining area which was literally being conceived and built inside the rocky formation, but sheltered by a fully waterproof pergola. The other outdoor entertaining areas which consist of a large bar with a custom designed back shelf composition and a sunlounge deck area, are harmonically placed around the infinity swimming pool which overlooks Mykonos Town and offers the impression of swimming inside the Aegean.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
