The 3 guest houses are independent from the main villa and feature one en-suite bedroom each, while one of them offers a kitchenette too.
This villa is constructed using high quality materials, all the cupboards are wooden and handmade, while every stone is handpicked and shaped by hand.
The interior decoration is minimal while most of the furniture of both the main villa and guest houses are built-in, bringing out the Cycladic element.
The villa also features a smart house operating system where the guest can monitor everything around the house simply by using his cell phone.
Outdoors, a 140m2 beach entry pool dominates the area with its presence, offering unforgettable moments of relaxation and entertainment under the hot sun.
In addition, a wood stove-barbeque area, surrounded by ample living and dining areas, is ideal for social gatherings.
The outdoor area is hugged by a beautifully manicured lush garden with 100-year-old olive trees, Egyptian palm trees, bougainvilleas and a vineyard.
The property also provides with a chapel for private ceremonies.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
