The golden brown marble on the floors, along with the antique furniture, the old chests, the wooden ceilings, the gravures and ceramic plates on the walls contrast against the white walls. The gorgeous lighting makes a difference giving the house a really aristocratic feeling, more like a luxury countryside lodge beautifully aged.
The villa is designed as a complex of four independent houses and contains 4 bedrooms + an attic + study room and a separate residence for the caretaker.
The main house features a sheltered courtyard, entry hall with guest w.c., large living room with fireplace, dining room, spacious country kitchen, master bedroom with dressing area and bathroom, and adjacent study/office with private bathroom.
On the upper level is an independent guest suite with bedroom (The “Guest House”), loft sitting room/sleeping space, kitchenette, bathroom and roof terrace.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
