A brand new elegant villa built in 2008, combining local architecture with contemporary amenities, located in the best spot of Mykonos town.
The villa is an ideal option for those who want to savor the world famous restaurants and the nightlife of Mykonos, but on the same time being in a quiet and secluded area.
Built in 2 levels, a total of 300 m² with separate entrances allows maximum independence to the occupants.
Two large terraces and an infinity view outdoor spa pool, will make your stay an unforgettable and defining experience.
If what you desire is the ideal setting for a dream holiday in one of the most beautiful Greek islands, Villa VPR is the perfect destination.
Villa VPR has 4 beautiful bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. (if accepted by guests, an additional couple can use the large sofa bed in the living room).
Two Bedrooms are located on the rear side, the master bedroom is facing the amazing view on the first level, and yet another bedroom is on the upper level, and provides added privacy, with a separate entrance.
All bedrooms have queen size beds and flat screen satellite tv.
As stated above, villa VPR has 4 en-suite bathrooms, and an additional master bathroom at the ground floor featuring a captivating Jacuzzi bathtub.
The villa has a private parking for up to 2 cars, a well-planned terrace on the ground level with built-in sofas and table, and a wonderful heated spa pool overlooking the old harbor of Mykonos town.
Additionally, there is an even larger terrace on the superior level, always sharing the same, amazing view over the harbor.
There are 2 main living rooms to be found, one on the ground floor with a large window that gives you access to the breath taking view from inside the villa as well.
Two big and comfortable sofas can easily sit up to 8 persons, and the big flat screen TV and entertainment system (Hi- Fi stereo system, DVD player) will assure many relaxed moments for our guests.
The other, a little smaller but well planned and comfortable, living room is on the upper level of the villa.
A flat screen TV and DVD player is of course available here, as well.
There is also a working desk with an amazing view, that might make it a little hard to work at, we admit!
The villa also provides Wi-Fi access so that you can stay connected and work if needed.
Villa features the main dining area on the ground floor, easily accessible from the main kitchen, which is also located on the ground floor.
The dining room can easily sit 8 persons for anything from a light lunch to a formal dinner. Right next to the dining room, through the unique omega shaped opening, there is the main (fully equipped) kitchen.
Kitchen amenities include but are not limited to:
Large 2 door refrigerator, Built in oven and stove, Coffee maker, Dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave oven, Freezer, Blender, Washing machine, Clothes dryer, Iron and iron board, Ice maker, Cooking utensils, Juicer, sandwich maker, Cappuccino machine.
A wide variety of spices (both Local and more common, international, choices), plates, glasses and other utensils, adequate for up to 10 Guests.
There is also a smaller but fully functional kitchenette on the upper floor and a small dining area with a wonderful view!
The villa is located on a cliff overlooking the old harbour.
Unfortunately, this unique location makes it inaccessible for wheelchairs.
The villa is also unsuitable for children under 12 years old, because of this location.
Due to its location, less than a 10 minutes walking distance to Mykonos town, there are a lot of activities available. Just to mention a few:
Walking/hiking, Fishing, Swimming (several beaches, with the nearest beach, Agios Stefanos, at 3 km), Water skiing, Cycling, Scuba diving or snorkeling ( organized tours available), Sailing ( organized tours or sail boats for rent available), Wind surfing, Jet skiing, Sightseeing tours (organized tours available. A visit to Delos Island is a must!!!)
Shopping: Mykonos town has outlets of all major brands, especially jewelry and watches are very popular, since the v.a.t tax is lower on Mykonos, so be sure to take a stroll downtown !!!
Keep in mind that Mykonos is one of the most active and organized vacation spots in the world.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is 2,000 Euro payable before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
