The architectural design is loyal to the Cycladic architecture, it features elegance and timeless style with minimal aesthetic of both the interior and exterior areas, combining with harmony the protection of the private life and the natural beauty!
LAYOUT
Upper Level:
As guests enter the Villa from the main entrance there is a parking space, in two separate levels with availability of 6 vehicles.
Entering the Villa, on the right side, guests are greeted by a spacious living room with multiple windows to display the exterior beauty. The interior is designed following Cycladic Mykonian architecture with the addition of elegant minimal furniture.
On the left side of the hall, there is a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen you can find the internal staircase. At this level, there are two bedrooms (all en-suite). The bedrooms are all spacious and equipped with modern amenities. There is an extra guest WC fully equipped.
Lower Level:
At this level, Villa VAG-3 has a spacious living room in which you can relax and unwind, as well as a fully equipped home cinema room to keep everyone entertained. There are also 2 Master bedrooms, all with their own lounges and bathrooms.
Outdoors:
The outdoor areas are spacious and shaded with stylish furniture. There is a shade pergola with bbq, built couches, dining space with stone built table. The spacious outdoor facilities can form a unified surrounding ideal for partying, or other similar activities/events demanding large gatherings. Any level you choose, the view of the Aegean Sea is breathtaking!

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
